Shipping & Delivery
- After the placement of your order, your package will be shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
- Whilst living in the Netherlands, you will most likely receive your order within 2 working days after shipment. For Dutch customers, the following discount is applied: Free delivery for orders above €100.
- Living in Europe, you will most likely receive your order within 5 working days after shipment. For European customers, the following discount is applied: Free delivery for orders above €150.
- When living outside of Europe, it could take up to a few weeks, depending on the country you live in.
- The shipping costs depend on the weight of the total package and where the package must be shipped to.
- When ordering Sunnycords®, the order will be shipped with a tracking code. You can find the tracking in your confirmation mail. They package will be delivered in your mailbox (depending on how many you Sunnycords® you order). When ordering our other products or placing a large order, we will send it as a package and will provide you with a tracking code by email. A courier will deliver your package.
Returns & Exchange
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Coco Bonito. If not, you can certainly return your item(s). You can exchange the product(s) for a different size, color or model. If you want to completely exchange your product you will receive a refund.
When returning your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number mentioned in the subject. Please let us know, what you would like to return, the reason of your return and if you prefer to exchange your item(s) or would like a refund.
Please be aware of the following requirements:
- You have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order
- Products must be unworn and unused
- Products must be sent back in original condition and original packaging
- The packing receipt must be included in your return
- Shipment costs are the customers' expense
- Coco Bonito has the right to refuse a refund when there are obvious signs of the product(s) being worn/used or damaged
- Please include a note with your order number within your return package
- The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days
